Have You Heard The Phrase: Do Good While Having Fun?

If you have heard it, then you already know what I’m talking about but if you haven’t, allow me to give you a quick example. For several years, our beloved Mariners have had an especial night called: "Salute to Latin American Beisbol Night", where a part of the proceeds go to a nonprofit Latino organization. Thus the title of this post: we are doing something good by supporting a nonprofit organization, while having fun at one of our favorite sports: Beisbol!  

This year, the Latino Community Fund of Washington State is the lucky nonprofit receiving the support from these proceeds. Probably many of you already know how much I adore this organization for all the support it gives to the Latino Community, so here goes my plea to you. On September 8, 2012 at 6:00 PM, I would love to see many of you, my friends, at Safeco Field in Seattle to help me support this organization!
